To lead community consultation process and develop a comprehensive design brief for the improvement of the service desk design and relationship with all customer services support for the Phoenix Park Library so that the City may develop a cost plan and hand the brief to an architect for realisation

To comprehensively review space use for customer support service for the Toorak/South Yarra Library and lead the community to best use of space available in accord with 21C community knowledge management and access services
