To lead community consultation process and develop a comprehensive design brief to the room data level so that the City may develop a cost plan and hand the brief to an architect for realisation

To allow for the new vision of community centre service to serve the needs of the demographics; to encourage, allow and enable people from the street to enter and grow from the city's provision of a highly interactive technology and needs centred interactive learning centre
